A DINNER WITH DESIGN
The Art of Cooking and the Metaphors of Design
Regione Lombardia, ERSAF, the R&D department of Istituto Europeo di Design together in a Fuorisalone event to celebrate Lombardy’s eno-gastronomic typical products
Dodo Arslan, Giulio Iacchetti, Takahide Sano and Fabio Verdelli are all respected actors of the Italian design scene. Supported by the experience of Chef Sergio Barzetti, each of them will present an inedited recipe inspired by his own design philosophy. The recipes will celebrate some of Lombardy’s typical products.
Main characters will be different eno-gastronomic excellences of the mountain territories, the Pianura Padana, the lakes and the rice-growing areas.
In the occasion of the event, the partners Regione Lombardia (Direzione Generale Agricoltura and ERSAF) and IED (R&D dept) will present the lines of the collaboration that will lead to 2015 Expo through various initiatives that will involve design students.
