dotdotdot has created for Donati Group an evocative multimedia exhibition setting, a walk across the macromolecules of the aluminium for the discovery of its extraordinary potentialities and the innovative processing techniques developed by Donati.
The molecular structure of the aluminium together with its polyhedric composition appear in front of our eyes disclosing us an unknown dimension where technology and material meet. Cyclopic telescopes come down form the molecular walls showing us the real structure of aluminium, a material characterized by a polyhedric geometry that Donati synthesizes in Doluflex®, an aluminium structural panel that seems to come directly form the future, light, resistant, incombustible and 100% recyclable. MisterX will feel like entering in an astral landscape with a rarefied air, walking on structures and composition realized by Donati with the IronX® system able to turn a flat surface into a tridimensional objects characterized by infinite shapes, of an incredible complexity perfect in every detail. The aluminium used for the exhibition setting is Bandoxaldécor™ supplied by Almeco Spa, a versatile and multifunctional material characterized by an extraordinary scenic effect.
The telescopes coming out from the space as huge and interactive kaleidoscopes, present at their inside the images of projects, products and challenges Donati Group has faced in the last years as, for example, the exhibition setting for the Triennale Museum of Milan and the projects developed with leading companies of the Italian design as Molteni&C, FontanaArte, Boffi, Valcucine and Estel.
In these days Donati Group is presenting an important project that underlines always more its will to talk and enter in the design and in creative field: Aton, an exhibition place for ideas and projects dedicated to established and young designers opened the 17th of April in Bergamo at the address Via Quarenghi 30.
